The hallmark of good cooking is the ingredients. At The White House Restaurant we have always used eco-eggs, Free range Waimarino pork, Angus pure beef, organic meat and vegetables whenever possible, Zany Zeus organic milk and cream, and we source as much local product as possible.
Over many years we've been able to expand our restaurant menu through a keen interest in less obvious sources of supply from places and people who also share a passion for what they can offer.
