Freshly baked sourdough bread roll with home made butter

Mussel and leek chowder, Spanish pepper crème fraiche
Free range cured pork belly, ginger and lychee jelly, spicy cashew butter
Seared beef, peanuts, coriander and coconut salad with chilli jam dressing
Waikanae crab ravioli, pawpaw salsa, Thai inspired sauce

Grilled Cervena venison, truffle mash and game pie
Braised lamb shoulder, grilled lamb rack, fried ewes milk haloumi and pea puree
Sous-vide breast and leg of duck, kumara orange mash and mandarin puree
